John was born and breed in the Central Highland community of Clermont, he moved to Moranbah shortly after with his family.  After completing his High School education in Moranbah John joined the Goonyella mine and completed his Diesel Fitter apprenticeship. John went on to own and run his own mining based business before joining Moranbah Real Estate in 2005.

Being a true local to our region John has a vast wealth of knowledge and understanding of the economy of a mining community and has seen the rise and fall of the industry.  Like our principal Licensee he believes in investing in Moranbah, and all surrounding areas.
