BELLA EXPOSITO
Bella Exposito has been a resident of Moranbah for the last 45 years moving to Moranbah when the population was a tiny 300. Bella has raised her family of 7 children (2 by birth and 5 adopted) in Moranbah and is proud to call Moranbah her home.
Bella has a vast range of business experience under her belt securing a major in Marketing and a Minor in Accounting in her earlier days. She also studied early childhood to go onto teaching in Moranbah for 10 years before owning a string of small businesses including a coffee shop, toy shop and baby and maternity shop all locally in Moranbah. Bella currently holds a Diploma in Real Estate, her Auctioneers licence and still to this day is always trying to better herself and is currently studying her MBA at present.
In 1987 Bella opened the doors to Moranbah Real Estate, the first Real Estate office to open in Moranbah which has been successfully in operation for 35 years.
Bella has been nominated for Business Woman of the year in Queensland amongst this her office has won five Real Estate Business awards throughout the past years.
Bella played a pivotal role in the early investment and rise of Moranbah, travelling interstate to stir up investors and bring attention to the town. Bella’s love for the town has put her money where her mouth is with 90% of her investment portfolio based in Moranbah and the Central Highlands region.
She is an avid volunteer to our local community and is proud to help those in need.
Bella is proud to have climbed volcano’s to raise funds for the Cancer Council of Australia, she fundraises each year to assist and provide care packages for several orphanages in the Philippines and communities devastated by natural disasters. This is a real passion for Bella.
